**About this opportunity**

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Controller, the Corporate Governance Administrator will be responsible for enterprise contract management, administration of insurance program and compliance management.

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**
- Responsible for Enterprise Contract Management - building contract repository through Salesforce, Sharepoint, Lease Harbour to manage contracts across the business, tracking specific attributes of the contract
- Support VP, Controller and VP, Legal Counsel with review of all contracts and RFP
- Ensure renewals and contracts are reviewed and completed on a timely basis, and establish a process to identify key timelines including renewals and terminations on contracts
- Support VP, Controller in completion annual insurance renewal process and providing business partners with insurance information, as required
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders with the renewal of business and institutional licenses (e.g. FSRA, provincial licenses, business name registrations)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for review and finalization of contracts and legal documents
- Support VP, Controller and Manager, Financial Reporting on managing inquiry and responses related to compliance matters (such as FSRA, Statistics Canada, CRA), which includes directing responses to the appropriate internal stakeholders, coordinate timely responses, drafting and compilation of responses
- Take initiative to recommend and undertake continuous improvement projects to improve insurance, contract administration and business license process cycles

**What you need to be successful**
- A college or university degree
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, balancing multiple and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Enthusiasm for change and desire to learn
- Competency with Microsoft Office software and Adobe Suite of Software
- Knowledge in Salesforce, Lease Harbour and Sharepoint is an asset
