We are currently seeking a Claims Administrator to join our Claims and Licensing team our Edmonton location. This role is responsible for the administration of vehicle accident claims occurring to company vehicles. The Claims Administrator will interact with drivers, insurers, vendors, and internal and external partners.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee and respond to the TDF claims queue with precision and efficiency.
- Set up and manage new claims, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Guide clients and drivers through the accident claims process with empathy and expertise.
- Report and liaise with insurers to ensure claims are filed within established guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage vehicle repairs, review estimates, and minimize client downtime.
- Support clients with replacement vehicles and coordinate towing and transport as needed.
- Audit and process payments to vendors for all claim-related costs.
- Manage your assigned clients’ claims portfolios with diligence and attention to detail.
- Provide insightful reports and analysis to management and clients.
- Handle subrogation processes as required.
- Participate in department meetings and assist with maintaining client insurance certificates.
What You Bring
- A diploma in Business Administration is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in handling claims or a related field.
- A Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or current enrollment is an asset.
- Experience with vehicle damage is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
- Capable of recognizing, analyzing, and solving problems independently while adhering to company policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
