We are seeking an exceptionally talented and enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in technical writing and editing to join our team and advance their career.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Edit documents in accordance with established style guides

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and update training materials for self-paced and virtual deliveries
- Design interactive learning exercises
- Prepare learning assessments
- Conduct quality assurance testing

**Qualifications**

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- French language skills are considered an asset
- Ability to tailor editing based on project needs
- Ability to negotiate content changes with authors
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word
- Ability to design and develop training materials for adult learners
- Knowledge of InDesign considered an asset
- Visual design skills to produce appealing and engaging documents and training materials
- Ability to quickly learn new software
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Initiative and attention to detail
