There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the Property Management team in Vancouver as a Tenant Construction Coordinator, working on many of our TI projects. **About the role**:
There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the Property Management team in Vancouver as a Tenant Construction Coordinator, working on many of our TI projects. This role will be working on one of the multiple projects that are the same all throughout the lower mainland. Ideally looking for someone that has worked for commercial construction experience.

**About You**:

**Responsibilities/ Duties**:

- Assist in the creation and in updating the building standards and construction guideline for Commercial portfolio across Canada
- Distribute design criteria information to tenants across the portfolio
- Work closely with property management, leasing, construction, development, tenants, contractors and consultants on all aspects of construction and design criteria
- Coordinate and review area certifications of
- Coordinate and support various construction projects as may be required
- Review tenant drawings for approval and compliance in accordance with set out standards
- Track and collect pre and post construction documents and distribute tenant deficiencies as required
- Attend site projects throughout construction to check on progress
- Maintain communications with local authorities having jurisdiction
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with tenants, contractors and consultants
- Ensure tenant submittals are being engineered and are in compliance with applicable standards
- Save and organize documentation for ease of access in the future
- Collect and organize relevant warranty information, product data sheets and other specifications for ease of future access
- Collect as-built drawings, final inspection reports, and any other misc reports and organize for future reference
- Perform final deficiency walkthroughs as required

**Education and/or Experience**:

- Good understanding of construction practices and strong ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Certificate, University degree, or college diploma would be an asset
- Ability to travel to different sites across The Lower Mainland
