**Description**:
As Vice President, Digital you will be responsible for leading the direct-to-consumer eCommerce business for Saje. The position will oversee eCommerce, merchandising, advertising, lifecycle marketing, and web analytics. Saje’s digital business took initial roots in 2017 and saw explosive growth acting as a key channel for driving repeat business in Canada and new customer acquisition in the United States. As a member of the Executive Team, you also drive education and integration on digital business best practices across departments.

Through day-to-day functions, the VP Digital contributes to maintaining and strengthening Saje’s culture; proactively engaging in behaviours that align with Saje’s values: Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness and Belonging.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of 10+ across eCommerce, merchandising, advertising, lifecycle marketing, and web analytics
- Grow the digital business by driving profitable full funnel marketing while managing sizeable media budgets
- Optimize lifecycle marketing by driving new strategy and cultivating a test and learn culture that leans deeply into A/B testing
- Evolve the thinking of how we use data to both inform and adapt and drive the development of new reports
- Work with the Dr. Director of eCommerce to enhance the platform strategy through aligning the right tech stack, features, and merchandising
- Partner with brand marketing, retail, and product to develop an omni-channel strategy which leads to overall growth for Saje'
- Creates a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion

**Applicant Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, and/or direct-to-consumer businesses
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Shopify a plus
- Overseen advertising budgets in excess of $10M per year across both traditional and non-traditional media buying channels
- Strong analytical skills with comfortability in rolling up sleeves and getting hands dirty with analysis of the business and marketing
- Experience managing hybrid remote teams
