**The Opportunity**

Account Supervisor (CRM + Digital Spaces)

**About the Role**

We’re looking for an Account Supervisor_ _with a strong background and enthusiasm in digital spaces, in particular CRM.

**In this role you will...**
- Work with a variety of teams including data, analytics, strategy, creative, programming, project management as well as internal project leads, US counterparts, clients and our partners in various regional offices
- Work with the Project Manager to manage production budgets for the various platforms, coordinating with finance and client
- Be responsible for delivering well crafted, strategic creative proposals and briefs based on channel strengths, discipline best practices and consumer experience with client’s business objectives in mind
- Determine segments effectively for targeted marketing activities and translate this into unique and relevant content strategies
- Work with the Data and Owned teams to develop experiment (pilot) strategies for various platforms to test and learn
- Provide a business perspective when reviewing client facing dashboards and presentations from the analytics team
- Be the point person for the channel clients, ensuring clear understanding of their direction/objectives and the ability to provide and action effective solutions
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation and execution of CRM and in-app initiatives
- Adapt and keep pace with the ever-changing needs of automotive advertising as well as CRM trends from a consumer perspective
- Maintain a finger on the pulse of competitive automotive activity and utilize this knowledge to inform strategic direction

**You have...**
- At least 3-5 years of experience leading digital programs with a focus on CRM (including in-app messaging) in an agency environment
- An understanding of CRM best practices and how the platform best fits within an overall communication plan
- An insatiable curiously about both the CRM and automotive industry, consumer and technology trends
- An ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end with various stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient experience with working in both office and remote working situations, using associated tools (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)
