**Job Description**:
Sous l’autorité immédiate du directeur principal - partenariats et activités transversales, comme conseiller(-ère) performance des outils de vente, votre rôle consiste à être la personne ressource concernant tous les besoins d’affaires reliés aux outils offerts à nos réseaux de distribution pour la Vice-présidence exécutive assurances individuelles et services financiers.

Comme conseiller(-ère) performance des outils de vente, votre rôle consiste principalement à soutenir les membres des réseaux et s’assurer d’une utilisation efficace des outils sous sa charge.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
- Prendre en charge l’innovation et l’implantation de solution d’affaires favorisant la croissance et le développement des ventes.- Identifier les besoins d’affaires du réseau de distribution.- Collaborer avec les équipes d’actuariat, du recrutement, du marketing et de l’intelligence d’affaires pour créer, automatiser et partager de nouveaux outils de suivi ou éléments de données pertinents au secteur.- Maintenir un contact auprès des utilisateurs afin d’identifier les problématiques et les besoins non couverts par les outils de vente. Participer aux analyses permettant de les solutionner.- Influencer l’évolution des outils de vente en préparant des dossiers d’affaires permettant de démontrer l’importance stratégique des améliorations et modifications demandées.- Demeurer à jour concernant les nouvelles fonctionnalités disponibles pour chacun des outils.- S’assurer d’une utilisation optimale de tous les outils de vente.- Agir à titre de personne-ressource dans le cadre de questions en provenance des différents utilisateurs.- Supporter les nouveaux utilisateurs par l’entremise de rencontres individuelles ou de formations de groupe dans la maitrise des outils de vente.- Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes techniques responsables des outils transversaux (outils utilisés par tous les secteurs d’affaire de Beneva).

Vos talents et qualifications:
- Détenir un diplôme d’études universitaires dans un domaine pertinent.- Excellente maîtrise de la langue française, parlée et écrite.- Minimum de 5 années d’expérience dans le secteur des ventes, du marketing ou dans une fonction de support à l’un de ces secteurs.- Posséder un intérêt marqué pour les outils informatiques.- Excellentes habilités de communication.- Connaissance du secteur de l’assurance de personnes et des services financiers constitue un atout.- Connaissance des réseaux de distribution d’assurance carrière ou courtage constitue un atout.- Connaissance de PowerApps, PowerPlatform et PowerAutomate (Microsoft Flow) constitue un atout.
