**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels through our ERP system, including tracking incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to prioritize and schedule incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Communicate with freight carriers to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and transportation routes.
- Address any issues or delays related to inventory or shipments in a timely and effective manner.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, shipping activity, and performance metrics as needed.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the logistics department.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory management, freight coordination, or logistics administration.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Knowledge of millworking industry logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
- Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is desirable.
