As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated, dynamic and experienced Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

**Job Overview**:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse. This includes overseeing the receiving, storage and distribution of products, managing staff and monitoring the accuracy of inventory records. You will work closely with other departments such as purchasing, production and logistics. The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure that all processes are completed in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the receiving, storage and distribution of products
- Manage warehouse staff and coordinate their daily activities
- Maintain the accuracy of inventory stock records
- Liaise with production to ensure timely delivery of materials to the assembly area
- Ensure goods are shipped and received in a timely manner
- Maintain required records and documents for warehouse operations
- Ensure that goods are stored and moved in a safe and secure manner
- Monitor and maintain the warehouse equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Ability to organize and manage stock levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in business and inventory software
- Familiar with barcoding/barcode software
- Ability to work cooperatively with other members of staff
- Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks etc.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping
- 3+ years of warehouse distribution experience, preferably in a coordinator role
- Knowledge of warehouse pick and pack procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Proven knowledge with inventory management systems and procedures

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
