**Who are we searching for?**
- **We are looking for a Warehouse and Inventory Manager to join our growing team.**_
- **Job Duties (included, but not limited to)**:_
- Submits all daily, weekly and monthly reports, analyzing results and investigating any discrepancies and reporting to the Site Manager
- Maintain labor budget and cost per unit; plan and schedule labor on a daily basis and assist in the annual labor budget process
- Initiate and manage controls with regards to process flow in the inbound/outbound department and analyze inbound/outbound volumes to maximize efficiency in the departments
- Develop employees through coaching, goal setting, conducting performance reviews; assist supervisors with mentorship activities
- Ensure staff members are properly trained and retrained according to training guides and procedures
- Initiate and implement the programs and procedures required to ensure safety and cleanliness in all warehouse areas
- Ensure all warehouse equipment is in good order and ensure employees perform pre-shift checks. Schedule regular maintenance and repairs with internal maintenance and external contractors as required. Report any and all equipment damages, malfunctions or safety hazards to applicable department
- Ensure that when tasks are assigned, they are completed and done correctly
- Assist with conflict resolution that may arise between team members and/or customers
- Assist in reaching monthly revenue targets
- Ensure that AWSA Protocols are followed
- All other job duties as assigned
- Manage the department schedule including planning for seasonal changes
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving department reporting
- Promote employee involvement in employee relations and safety committees
- Responsible for annual reviews and development discussions of direct reports
- Conduct reviews for accuracy with inventory team, responsible for ensuring timely completion of cycle counts for all inventoried items, and investigation for discrepancies using root cause analysis
- Complete annual full physical site audits in conjunction with customers and auditors
- Champion system transaction accuracy and inventory accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all Future Transfer policies and procedures
- Achieve departmental goals through effective staff engagement. Ensure staff members are properly trained and retrained according to training guides and procedures
- Reviews, researches and resolves customer complaints
- Clarifies and enforces Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulations
- Assist customers in warehouse practices
- Plans and supervises manpower of warehouse
- Monitors and controls inventory items
- Ensure FIFO standards are being used.
- Ensure Stock Record Accuracy for both finished goods and packaging components
- Supports and participates in continuous Improvement activities
- **Required Knowledge/Experience**_
- Valid driver’s license
- 3 - 5 years required experience in warehouse supervisory experience, warehouse management and counterbalance forklift driving
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures
- Proficient with warehouse management system and associated warehouse technology
- Experience in warehouse layout optimization and flow
- Be able to work in a team environment that is constantly working towards improving its processes and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
