We are currently seeking an **Environmental Equipment Coordinator** to join our team in **Concord, ON**

**Position Summary**:
As an **Environmental Equipment Coordinator **at GEMS, you will work closely with our Director of Equipment to manage environmental equipment and warranty claims in our warehouse and workshop, service products and perform calibrations, and build efficient internal processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage GEMS warehouse and workshop including processes and databases to facilitate efficient project coordination, accurate billing, optimal stock, and equipment usage.
- Manage GEMS equipment customer service including warranty claims, servicing products, calibrations, repairs, maintenance, etc.
- Management and quality control of project related data monitoring subscription services and quality control.
- Directly coordinate the rental and/or sale of equipment and instrument services, with the customer, ensuring inventory recording, tracking, maintenance, etc.
- Prepare project related equipment in a timely manager for customers.
- Serve as the initial contact for customers regarding any equipment-related issues.
- Manage the quote and invoicing of these issues with the relevant GEMS Project Manager for resolution and discussion.
- Conduct comprehensive yearly inventory of equipment in GEMS warehouse, rentals in the field, equipment assigned to staff, subscription-based services, etc.
- Conduct quarterly warehouse and field equipment audits in collaboration with the relevant GEMS Project Coordinators.
- Provide essential support to GEMS field staff and clients, including technical assistance, training, and coaching as needed.
- Foster and participate in a Health & Safety culture.
- Maintain training, qualifications and professional designation(s), as required.
- Any other reasonable activity required by management/leadership.

**Education & Experience**:

- Post Secondary Degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in environmental industry, ideally with experience in a variety of equipment types
- High attention to detail
- Position is full-time onsite
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
- Passion for finding solutions and exceptional customer service
- Valid G Driver’s License
- Proficient in MS software

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
