- Answer an expected 100+ call reception with efficiency and professionalism
- Reconcile billing statements and payments
- Accurate data entry on customer files
- Complete weekly mailouts, approximately 250/week
- Provide assistance in the coordination of functions and events
- Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement business

**The value you bring**
- Intermediate typing speed and data entry skills
- 1+ years in a fast-paced reception/switchboard role
- Ability to identify and implement best practices for administrative tasks
- Superior multi-tasking skills, in a deadline driven environment
- Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours/week
