**Purpose**

The Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial leadership role in managing the process and ensuring the seamless delivery of equipment required for projects. Proficiency inlogistics, warehouse management, and a knowledge and understanding of electrical and mechanical will be required. The logistics coordinator is a proactive, detail-oriented, strong communicator with significant experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Reporting to the VP of Operations your duties and responsibilities will consist of.
- **Warehouse Management**: Oversee warehouse operations from our West location in Edmonton and align with both East Edmonton and Fort McMurray on daily operations. Supervision of 4 - 6.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate with logistics vendors to manage transportation and delivery of equipment for all projects. Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and ensuring all vehicle inspections are done on a regular basis.
- **Vendor Management**: Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers specializing in Logistics, PPE, technology, and Ventilation equipment.
- **Inventory Control**: Implement inventory management practices to maintain appropriate stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and track and trace all equipment movement.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure compliance with safety standards, and internal policies during operationalprocess.
- **Cost Analysis and Improvement**: Analyze purchasing data, monitor market trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities to support continuous improvement efforts.
- **Price Negotiations**: Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and discounts with suppliers while maintaining high-quality standards for all purchased materials and parts.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
