Sarnia, Canada Apex Property Management & Consulting Inc. Full time

**Position: 1 position available - On-Site Property Administrator**

**Hours: 24 hours per week**

**Starting Date: Immediately**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Reporting to Senior Staff, the On-Site Property Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the following duties are executed in accordance with good management practices and the policies and procedures established by the firm:
2. Conduct credit and landlord checks as per board policy

3. Keep units filled in a timely manner.

4. Complete income verification and rent calculations

5. Prepare lease

6. Maintain financial records on Quick Books

7. Control of rents arrears

8. Strive to achieve cost savings for the property

9. Prepare cheques for execution by signing officers

10. Make deposits and pay invoices in a timely manner

11. Maintain filing systems

12. Attend board meeting, prepare written reports, agenda and minutes for Board meetings and ensure all required information is distributed to Board Members prior to meeting

13. Compile the information for the annual audit and work with the auditor to complete the audit and all associated forms

14. Other duties as assigned and as appropriate to the position.

**Qualifications**:
1. Good computer skills.

2. Must be proficient on Word.

3. Quickbooks experience preferred.

4. Good communication skills.

5. Good conflict resolution skills.

6. Able to work alone.

7. Must have police check upon hiring.
