Full time position. Rate of pay: $16.55 to start - 15 day trial - then it would go up based on demonstrated ability. 30 hours a week. Monday to Friday shifts available including weekends. Must do 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month.

About Us:
We currently have 2 locations, one in Mississauga, we are opening a new location this month in Burlington. We need 1 Front Desk Personnel for our Mississauga location and 2 Front Desk Personnel people for our new Burlington location.

We are very diligent with respect to the type of care we provide including making our clients as comfortable as possible. Our client are both men and women.

Duties and responsibilities related to this position - including but not limited to the following:

- consistently following all policies and procedures of Sugaring and Massage Spalon
- able to welcome clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- making sure all clients have up-to-date intake forms filled out prior to their appointment.
- answering phone which at times includes high call volumes
- promoting products and services to clients
- looking after all walk-in or clients with appointments
- booking appointments over the phone with attention to detail including handing client payments, and credit cards.
- responsible for spa opening and/or closing procedures
- able to respond to all client queries which includes accurately explaining our services to clients
- ability to manage the spa’s daily schedule on Booker.
- ability to review appointment schedule and ensuring the effective distribution of appointments
- managing critical daily operations including opening and closing orders
- ensuring the front desk/reception area is kept clean and tidy
- managing client feedback and complaints in a professional manner
- able to explain to clients the types of products, skincare and body care products we offer including providing accurate details about our services and promotional offers.
- submitting claims to insurance for client reimbursement

Must be able to:

- multi-task and follow instructions, including spa guidelines and procedures in a consistent manner.
- maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality with respect to the handling of client's personal information
- excellent time management and problem-solving skills in order to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our spa and our front desk.
- have excellent communication skills, customer service and telphone phone manner
- staying calm and maintaining a tactful and professional approach when under pressure
- be a team player, working well with a team including back-end and management

Education and Experience (preferred):
High School Diploma
Post-Secondary Certifications
Spa - related experience
Some knowledge or experience working with Booker Mindbody Software

All applicants must have legal permission to work in Canada in order to be considered. This Position does not offer sponsorship of Work Visas.

**Salary**: $16.55-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
