Overview:
We are seeking a experienced sandwich maker/brunch line cook to join our team at Tommy Cafe St Paul.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared promptly and meets food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
