- Overview:

- Mitel Americas Field Marketing has an opportunity for a key role to provide proactive field marketing support to generate pipeline, drive a return on marketing investment, and support business growth in the Americas through our channel partners. The successful applicant will be a member of the Field Marketing team, providing support to vertical and regional strategic channel partners, and working closely with Sales, Demand Gen, Sales and Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and other key players partners, to generate customer demand through partner and to own the to partner field marketing relationship.
- The Director, Field Marketing, will work closely with Mitel’s cross-functional teams, including Digital, Analytics, Demand Generation, and the Sales and Business Development teams, to develop and launch compelling campaigns that drive pipeline and measurable return on investment for Mitel. This position requires insight and experience in ABM tactics, a deep understanding of sales processes, ability to provide oversight and management of BDR teams to drive account
- and opportunity-level pipeline and closed/won business, as well as a fiscally strategic mindset, helping to ensure that Field Marketing funds are applied to programs and activities that have measurable ROI and the ability to drive demand and generate pipeline. Key performance indicators will be based on the Director, Field Marketing’s, ability to positively impact the sales funnel by and influence revenue growth, based on achievement of pipeline targets set by the CMO and ELT.
- Responsibilites:
- Work in tandem with internal Field Sales and Demand Gen teams to improve BDR output and funnel results down to the individual meeting and deal level.-
- Support Field Marketing team in demand gen and content generation activities using all available tools and resources at our disposal. Drive revenue via To/Through Partner programs.-
- Be the expert on Field Marketing contribution to pipeline, working closely in partnership with manager to understand key insights and be able to deliver these to leadership, Sales and partners, as required. Monitor Pipeline Dashboards, Vertical Win/Loss Dashboards; Event Dashboards; and other available data sources to understand, communicate and educate insights that will enable more effective pipeline generation and marketing spend.-
- Drive adoption and utilization of Mitel’s Marketing Tech Stack, including but not limited to PowerUp Hub; 6Sense; SalesLoft; Salesforce; ZoomInfo; Humantic AI; etc.Own overall management of Joint Marketing Funds, holding FMMs to a high standard of approvals and monitoring of results. Maintain the annual JMF budget, allocating quarterly budget to the FMMs on time every quarter.-
- Co-own (with manager) Field Marketing QBRs, with the intent to improve FM budget ROI and success of all JMF or other Field Marketing-led programs and campaigns.-
- Own end-to-end event lead management process, refining as needed.-
- Support strategic To/Through Partner communications that deliver intended outcomes, working in collaboration with key players such as GPP and Partner Comms teams.-
- Ensure Channel Marketing Tracker, is maintained and reportable (via team).-

- Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma + relevant experience-
- Minimum 15 years’ experience with field marketing, channel marketing, and/or digital marketing.-
- Required relevant B2B marketing experience that includes campaigns/lead generation, ABM, and marketing automation.-
- Demonstrable expertise in product/solutions marketing and GTM execution.-
- Proven experience leading teams and developing talent, including coaching and mentoring.-
- Effective presenter to sales audiences, with the ability to provide tangible insights with data.-
- Project and program management skills with demonstrated examples of end-to-end ownership and delivery of multi-faceted marketing programs delivered with or through channel partners.-
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, prioritization, and time management.-
- Willingness to take risks, not let perfection be the enemy of good, and ability to challenge the status quo in support of innovating with strategic outcomes in mind.-
- Demonstrable experience of working in a metrics-oriented marketing environment, comfortable with analytics, metrics and KPIs, as well as experience of working with automation tools, such as Marketo and SFDC.-
