We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Growth Marketing to join our Online Sales and Marketing (OSM) team, focusing on driving acquisitions for our Parallels business.

As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will:

Set the strategy across all areas of growth marketing (paid, lifecycle/email, website optimization), with the ability to be hands on particularly in web optimizationSkilled in managing relationships with stakeholders from product, data analytics, creative services and MarTech teams Be extremely data driven be an expert at defining, setting, and reporting on full-funnel KPIs (working with a data science/analytics team)Engaging with users and customers to understand their use cases, and their goals and challenges as they use our productsDeveloping experiments focused on increasing trial conversion, product adoption or expansionPrioritizing and managing an experimentation roadmap

What YOU bring to the table:

Over 10 years of experience in growth marketing, with at least 5+ years developing B2B and B2C growth experiments in the SaaS spaceBreadth in all areas of growth marketing, with deep expertise in demand gen, website management & conversion rate optimization, and marketing ops and analyticsProficiency in full-stack of marketing tools: You know what tools to use and how to use them—or you can figure it out quicklyExperimentation mindset. You understand the importance of testing and scaling what works, and can prioritize tests and find ways to get them out quicklyStrong business acumen, including building business cases and developing clear hypothesesStrong analytical skills with ability to make decisions without perfect information. Drives decisions with both quantitative user data and qualitative user feedback. Can articulate WHY a shift in the data might be happeningObsessive about understanding user psychology Conscious of ROI (ex. P.I.E. framework) and obsesses over results. Strives for impact first, creativity second
