Facilitation and Terminal Programs establishes the overall operating parameters for the terminal, implementing innovative strategies to safety streamline the flow and process for travellers arriving, departing, and connecting through the airport.

**Position overview**

Are you a positive self-starter interested in supporting change in a dynamic and changing environment?

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Administration of the Terminal Electric Vehicle Operating Program (TEVOP) including license issuance, violation tracking, and implementation of program improvements.
- Coordination of terminal safety incident follow-up and mitigations.
- Assist with implementation and delivery of terminal programs.
- Day-to-day coordination to ensure program requirements are aligned with process, operational practices, and incorporate future needs.
- Support in the establishment and monitoring of service levels, KPIs and trigger points using available data sources and tools.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, as well as develop procedures, plans and training to address operational activities and changes

**Key qualifications include**:

- Five years recent experience working in an airport or similar environment, supplemented by at least 2 years of post-secondary education in Aviation Management, Business, Operations or Logistics; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Proven analytical abilities to interpret and present complex data from interdependent sources.
- Understanding of safety management systems.
- An ability to formulate decisions often without established guidelines.
- Project management skills including the ability to track and implement changes with cross-functional departments and groups.
- Leadership skills with proven relationship building, facilitation, and negotiation experience.
- Excellent computer skills and proven competency with Microsoft Office 365 programs including SharePoint.

**Salary Range **:$72,008 to $94,115 per annum, based on 37.5-hour work week. This is individually tailored to reflect your unique experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
