**Job description**

Le Coordonnateur divisionnaire de la formation / Analyste de données en ressources humaines est au cœur des initiatives de développement des compétences des employés de Safran Cabin Canada. Il ou elle contribue au succès et à la croissance de l’organisation en assurant une gestion efficace des programmes de formation. De plus, il ou elle est également responsable de l’analyse des données RH par les extractions ponctuelles dans les différents systèmes d'information et d’effectuer la production de statistiques, de rapports de gestion et de tableaux de bord sur une base périodique et en assurer la qualité et l'interprétation.

**Principales responsabilités**

Assurer la gestion des formations via la plateforme de gestion de la formation par la création de cours et d’événements, l’attribution de formation, la vérification de la complétion et l’émission de rapports, les suivis aux employés, le renouvellement de formation et mise à jour des dossiers de formation;
- En mesure de présenter, de façon satisfaisante aux vérificateurs internes et externes, le statut du programme de formation; (soutient des audits)
- Mettre à jour les circuits et les matrices d’apprentissage;
- Accompagner les employés et gestionnaires au niveau de la navigation dans la plateforme de formation et répondre aux diverses questions relatives à la gestion de la formation;
- Gérer et effectuer la vigie des subventions gouvernementales, préparer les déclarations (loi 90 - 1%) et réclamations des dépenses de formation approuvées dans le cadre des subventions; assurer le respect des obligations en matière de formation linguistique;
- Fournir des données, des rapports et des statistiques et compléter les déclarations de formation selon les demandes gouvernementales et internes;
- Assurer la logistique des formations et divers webinaires (élaboration de calendriers, inscriptions, réservations de salles, invitations, préparation de diverses communications, évaluation et suivi, etc.)
- Assurer la complétion et la réception des évaluations de formation; créer des processus pour les procédures de formation internes et s’assurer d’en faire le suivi;
- Développer des outils/procédures pour veiller à la qualité de l'information et à l'intégrité des données;
- Manipuler des ensembles de données provenant de multiples sources, en effectuant l’analyse des données afin de comprendre les tendances, modèles ou idées émergentes.
- Participer /supporter activement l’implémentation et les améliorations des systèmes RH;
- Participer à divers projets de formation et développement organisationnel et projets spéciaux (identification de fournisseurs, recherche de formations selon les besoins et évaluation des contenus, revue de littérature, mise en place d’outils etc.)

**Profil recherché**

Certificat en ressources humaine, administration ou dans un domaine connexe
- 2 ans d’expériences pertinentes
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
- Capacité d’analyse
- Excellente maitrise d’Excel (fonctions avancées) et bonnes connaissances de la suite Microsoft 365, Power BI
- Sens de l’organisation, capacité à planifier et à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément
- Excellent service à la clientèle et bonne capacité à travailler en équipe

**Divisional Training Coordinator/Human Resources Data Analyst **is at the heart of Safran Cabin Canada's employee skills development initiatives. He or she contributes to the success and growth of the organization by ensuring effective management of training programs. In addition, he or she is also responsible for the analysis of HR data through punctual extractions in the various information systems and for producing statistics, management reports and dashboards on a periodic basis and ensuring their quality and interpretation.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Ensure the management of training via the training management platform by creating courses and events, assigning training, verifying completion and issuing reports, following up with employees, renewing training and updating training files;
- Able to present the status of the training program to internal and external auditors in a satisfactory manner; (supports audits)
- Update learning circuits and matrices;
- Accompany employees and managers in navigating the training platform and answer various questions related to training management;
- Manage and monitor government grants, prepare declarations (Bill 90 - 1%) and claims for approved training expenses under the grants; ensure compliance with language training obligations;
- Provide data, reports and statistics and complete training declarations according to government and internal requests;
