Operations Management:

Staff Management:

- Train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Accomplish restaurant objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff.

Customer Service:

- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, striving to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

VIP Program Service and Management:

- Develop and manage a VIP program to reward and retain loyal customers.
- Ensure VIP customers receive exceptional service, personalized experiences, and exclusive offers.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the VIP program and make adjustments to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.

Collaboration and Development:

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or improve existing ones.
- Cooperate with department directors and prepare reports of financial, marketing, supply, and other operation-related reports and plans.
- Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity and establish operation plans by researching restaurant demand.

Marketing and Events:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Plan and oversee special events, private parties, and catering functions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote events and new menu items through various channels.

Wine and Bar Management:

- Manage the wine and bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and menu development.
- Ensure staff are knowledgeable about the wine list and bar offerings to provide excellent recommendations to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products to enhance the restaurant's wine and bar offerings.

Continuous Improvement:

- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels in restaurant operations by implementing policies and standard operating procedures and determining and implementing system improvements.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant.
- Monitor restaurant’s performance and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
