General Manager (Full Time- onsite in Richmond, BC)

About Us: Dynamix Agitators Inc. is a leader in the manufacturing and engineering sector, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team and lead our operations to new heights.

Position Overview: The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing and Solution Sales process. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven management skills, a strong background in reporting, and the ability to effectively communicate within project management and business case scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the manufacturing and engineering departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present detailed reports on operational performance, financials, and project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business cases for new projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Play a key role in long-term strategic planning and company growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a management role within a manufacturing and engineering environment.
  • Strong reporting skills, with the ability to create and interpret detailed reports.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including the development and presentation of business cases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
