Position Overview: The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing and Solution Sales process. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven management skills, a strong background in reporting, and the ability to effectively communicate within project management and business case scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the manufacturing and engineering departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare, analyze, and present detailed reports on operational performance, financials, and project progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business cases for new projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
- Play a key role in long-term strategic planning and company growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role within a manufacturing and engineering environment.
- Strong reporting skills, with the ability to create and interpret detailed reports.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including the development and presentation of business cases.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
