**Marauder Student Mentors**

The Marauder Student Mentors will provide youth with opportunities to consistently connect with McMaster Marauder student-athletes, learn principles to promote life long well-being, develop skills for future success and increase access to pathways to post-secondary education. The mentors will work with grade eight students within the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB) and focus on the following goals:

- Promote physical literacy and overall well-being for life
- Leadership and skill development
- Identify and remove barriers to programming, services and role models
- Create visions of pathways to post-secondary education

Mentors must be current Marauder student-athletes who are able to commit a minimum of 5-7 hours per month.

**Vaccination Policy Statement**
