Overview:
**The Role**:
As the Quaker NA Supply Chain and Transformation IT Director you will partner with the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning and Commercialization teams to drive digital transformation. Overseeing numerous programs that will enable true PFNA execution in areas such as plant control towers, warehouse automation and advanced end-to-end analytics.

You will set the digital strategy for our front-line team by drawing from innovation in the sector and global along with bringing in pointed solutions from external vendors. Aligning with senior leaders on the strategic roadmap and investment opportunities and preparing the equivalent CAP.EX documents to support.

Your small team is highly skilled at getting things done through others along with managing larger teams of contract resources. You will be not only be accountable for delivering large IT programs but also sitting on NA CAP.EX steering committees to ensure Quaker’s inclusion.

**Responsibilities**:
**What you’ll be working on**:

- Develops strategic business capability roadmaps with business partners to drive growth and productivity ensuring technology solutions are delivered and align to PepsiCo’s architecture standards.
- Builds strong relationships with business partners and IT sector leads guaranteeing business / IT plans are aligned; represents IT in business forums and steering committees to ensure successful alignment and execution of the plans. Advocating on behalf of the Quaker business on large Frito Lay programs.
- Manages IT financials of ~$12MM+ and ensures that project ROIs are identified and tracked; finds innovative ways to deliver faster and more efficiently by improving process, structure and leveraging the DevOps and Agile model to deliver.
- Improves operational stability and cost performance, including ensuring IT Ops and vendors exceed service level agreements (SLAs); align SLA changes to ensure optimum service / cost balance is achieved.
- Stays up to date on industry trends in business and technology

Qualifications:
**Who’s a good fit**:

- A Computer Science Degree with a minimum of 8 years as technology leader.
- Understand database structures and data flow.
- Ability to operate as a product management in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience creating strategic position papers, including full financial modeling, Cap.Ex creation and approvals.
- Financial management and oversight of projects 12+MM.
- Strong people skills with the ability to grow diverse talent.
- Ability to negotiate to ensure priorities are being addressed.
- Ability to detect risks and escalate accordingly to prevent issues.
- Ability to solve highly complex problems.
- Ability to communicate effectively to senior leaders.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
