**About the Opportunity**:
**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Bachelor's degree in a Heath Care discipline
- Licensure with the relevant licensing body with annual registration requirement
- Minimum of 5 years recent related experience
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
- WHMIS training
- Completion of Annual Required Organization Practice courses
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of evidence based clinical practice as it relates to geriatrics
- Demonstrates effective communication skills
- Exceptional ability to prioritize workload
- Has strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills
- Demonstrates initiative, is self-motivated, and works well independently
- Competencies in other languages an asset; French preferred

- Long assignment, Full-time / 1.0 FTE / 75 Hours Bi-weekly
- Approximately 18 months

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$37.29 - $45.40 Hourly
