**Department Overview**
- As a Member of the Delivery Practice team, you will be supporting projects under the Business Banking umbrella. These projects can be interrelated, or standalone initiatives led by Project Managers. We are looking for an energetic individual that is a self-starter. This role may provide end to end delivery and execution of smaller scale business or Technology projects or leads work packages of moderate size and complexity. Role may also be responsible for complex analysis and reporting at the project / program level

**BREADTH & DEPTH**
- Manages projects with medium or high regulatory oversight
- Project risk profile is generally moderate to high
- Management direction or executive oversight may be required and provided as needed
- Typically leads the delivery of Tier 2 / 3 projects, with medium risk and complexity profiles
- May indirectly manage a LoB project team consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs and Technology resources where applicable to the project
- May manage a number of small projects at any given time, and time horizon of projects are generally short term
- Generally reports to a higher level Portfolio or Program Manager

**Job Requirements**
- Working knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Agile utilizing the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) by PMI
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how it integrates with the PMLC
- Thorough knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
- Experience executing projects using different approaches, like Waterfall, Iterative, or Agile
- Experience working in a large matrix organization with a mature Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) governance support structure
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to perform, maximize the contributions of all team members and communicate effectively, with confidence
- Strong collaboration skills to help uncover stakeholder needs and motivations, influence and secure the cooperation of key resources, resolve conflicts and negotiate positive outcomes for the project
- Logical and analytical. Comfortable making decisions under pressure. Able to balance the level of data required to make a decision with the importance of the outcome
- The ability to understand and learn the dynamics of relationships in an organization to identify decision makers and influencers, and to predict how new events or situations will affect the organization
- Resilient when faced with setbacks, bouncing back from disappointments or confrontations
- Adaptable to a variety of situations, individuals or groups. Understands and appreciates different and opposing perspectives
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI) is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of relevant project management experience, with at least 5 years managing Technology projects
