Description d'emploi:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation of our Portfolio & Governance processes and infrastructure based on Atlassian and Lean agile frameworks
- Responsible for identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities within our Portfolio Management systems
- Review upgrades, identify bug fixes and evaluate new features to improve
- Translate business requirements into well-architectured solutions that best leverage the Atlassian suite of tools
- Analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement
- Assist in development of training, knowledge sharing and support documentation
- Administer, configure, and support Jira and Confluence including projects, spaces, permissions, users, roles, reporting, dashboards, workflows, custom fields, issue security, via scripting, add-ons, and the REST API
- Report progress on change management, implementation & challenges to senior management and influence decisions on practices and procedures.
- Research, Design, Implement & Maintain Portfolio performance metrics/dashboards, their definitions, and relationships
- Provide analytical support to the Project Management Office and Governance Teams.
- Develop meaningful insights from various data sets and communicate those insights with recommendations to Senior Leadership
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

- To support Cogeco's ultimate goal of providing excellent service to current and potential customers, the incumbent must be constantly attentive and responsive to both external and internal customers' needs and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner while ensuring that the solution meets the customer's needs.
- ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSn
- ACADEMIC TRAINING- University Degree in relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.- WORK EXPERIENCE- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products in an agile development environment-
- Experience working with Atlassian Cloud deployments-
- Experience with formulas, queries and data analysis in Google sheets or similar-
- Experience solving problems and identifying opportunities to become more efficient-
- Experience in combination of analytics, and data science-
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Language (preferably BigQuery and Microsoft SQL Server)SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES- Be a strong communicator to engage senior leadership to address their business needs with limited oversight.-
- Understanding and experience with DevOps & Agile Project Management principles, processes and toolsAbility to challenge the status quo-
- Proficiency with BI tools (eg. Tableau, DataStudio, or Looker)-
- Self motivated with the ability to take initiative in identifying and resolving problems independently while still recognizing the impact of change on others in terms of “change control” processes.-
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and change to new methods of working as systems evolve-
- Operate in an environment that is fast paced and handle ambiguity-
