Business & Process Analyst

Based in the Burlington office, the Business & Process Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and identifying trends in business through analysis of various sources of data, from both within the company and externally. This involves collecting and examining data and using the information gathered to create reports and then presenting their reports to different areas of the business.

**Role+Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze the effectiveness of processes and suggest effective solutions to management to assist in making effective business decisions
- Assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements
- Visualize, articulate, and solve pronlems; research and implement solutions
- Work on multiple projects at once including testing, modifying, compiling, and executing concepts of each project
- Support process owners and function managers in predictive resource planning analytics
- Become Salesforce administrator and support dashboards for local insights
- Become Signavio modeler to support business process modeling and keep all ONE BPM processess updated
- Promote Agile methodology and Lean culture mindset across the organization
- Actively participate in initiatives to improve the quality area and other areas, as well as the link between processes
- Support in ISO 9001 audits to ensure the processes are operating as designed
- Manage improvement registers / backlogs and support in process improvement project prioritization, planning, execution, and management
- Review customer experience data from surveys and other sources to determine improvement areas
- Support process owners and function managers in updating organizational documents in the document management system (DMS)
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualification+Profile
- Degree or diploma in a business-related field, or a combination of education and business experience that demonstrates higher level decision making based on judgement, education, and experience
- Experience in business analytics and ability to turn into business process insights
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally (in large and small group settings)
- Outstancing customer service and organizational skills, and ability to professionally communicate with diverse audiences
- Experience with Salesforce an asset
- Takes initiative and innovates to find creative solutions
- French language written/spoken highly desirable
