Location: North York
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Benefits: Dental care, Extended health care, Life insurance, Vision care
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Offer exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and providing effective shipping solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Efficient Shipping Operations:
Coordinate the shipping process for international ocean freight, ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment from rate quotation to cargo delivery.
Schedule delivery and pick-up appointments, monitor service commitments, and track orders using TMS.
Key Account Management:
Actively engage with clients to understand their evolving requirements and ensure satisfaction with our services.
Foster strong relationships with ocean carriers and vendors to facilitate seamless operations.
Issue Resolution and Communication:
Proactively address any issues or challenges encountered during the shipping process, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
Maintain transparent communication with clients, overseas agents, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and timely updates.
Administrative Duties:
Perform general clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and billing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics/transportation industry, with knowledge of international ocean freight operations.
Strong customer service skills with proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to adapt to proprietary business software.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Fluency in Mandarin and possession of a Supply Chain Global Logistics certificate are assets.
