At Royal Bridge High School, we are hiring a Student Recruiter who will focus specifically on the Asia region. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our vibrant and diverse team. The individual we seek will be more than just a recruiter. They will be a key player in driving our recruitment initiatives in the Asia region. Their work will directly impact our college’s presence and reputation in this region. They will be entrusted with the responsibility of not only identifying potential students but also effectively communicating the values and opportunities that Royal Bridge High School offers.

In essence, the Student Recruiter for the Asia region will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Royal Bridge High School. They will help us reach out to, connect with, and enroll the brightest students from across Asia, thereby contributing to the diversity and intellectual richness of our college community.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the Asia region.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families.

Build and maintain relationships with schools in Asia.

Will need to travel to different regions in Asia to recruit students.

Attend recruitment events and represent Royal Bridge College in a professional manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students.

**Qualifications**:
Fluency in Chinese Mandarin and Chinese Cantonese is a requirement for this role.

Previous experience in student recruitment (5+ years) or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel as needed for recruitment events.

Potential commission and bonus: 5-15% commission on all profits generated through recruitments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
