**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Report to the Supervisor, Commercial Insurance.
- Provide sales, service and advice to existing and potential members regarding the AMA Insurance Company small business insurance products as well as offline partner insurance products via telephone and electronic channels.
- Verify policy transactions and make necessary adjustments immediately, and effectively communicate to members.
- Collaborate with Agency, Underwriting teams, Claims and other internal departments to improve relations and achieve common goals.
- Review claims and take appropriate underwriting actions.
- Demonstrate a desire to engage in customer-focused conversations that will lead to member satisfaction and/or a buying decision.
- Contribute to the development of processes and procedures through comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance policy wordings, regulations and company procedures.
- Develop and use various tools and presentation styles to promote our products and services.
- Determine risk eligibility, desirability and proper classification/pricing for Business Insurance products in a timely manner, enhancing the overall member experience.

**WHAT YOU’VE DONE**
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related post-secondary education as an asset.
- Don't have your Level I General Insurance Agent Certificate of Authority? We'll help you obtain it
- You’ll get bonus points if you have 1-year of small business insurance industry experience.
- You have a CIP designation or actively working to complete it.
- Any other insurance and risk management designations will be considered an asset.
- You have demonstrated project management and analytical skills.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
