Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others.

**Duties**:

- Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Provide guidance and advice on insurance coverage options
- Review policy terms and conditions with clients
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and coverage information
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in insurance sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of various insurance products and coverage options
- Sales administration skills, including the ability to manage client accounts and documentation

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
