**Industry Segment Specialist - Electronics/Light/Assembly**:
**Industry Segment Specialist - ELA Electronics/Light/Assembly Segment**
Ontario, Canada

Reports to: Industry Segment Manager - Central

Summary: This position will be responsible for uncovering and securing new
opportunities and business in the Central Region. Responsible for the strategic
development of the Industry Segment (IS) /Industry Cluster (IC) in accordance with the
overall corporate strategy.

Location: Central Canada

**Responsibilities**:

- Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential.
- Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts.
- Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan.
- Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments.
- Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Timely completion of all sales administration.
- Supports IS Team Leader, Sales manager, and Management in general providing market inputs and information.
- Responsible for collection of product requirements of the IS as an input for ISP

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Technical Degree, Master or similar, preferably in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering, or mechatronics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object
- 4 years’ relevant experience
- Specific knowledge in the industry cluster/segment
