**KWE IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR AN ACCOUNTING CLERK**

KWE is currently looking for an Accounting Clerk who is focused on delivering a world class logistics experience to our valued customers. **JOB DUTIES**
- Support AR and Agency function in preparing banking data daily.
- Setup Wire transfers/ACH/Electronic payments within the system accurately
- Compile budget data and documents based on estimated revenues and expenses and previous budgets.
- Actively involved the month end close, with preparation of Bank Reconciliations, Account reconciliations and Accruals.
- Support JSOX and Audit Requirements
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
- Receive guidance with respect to general objectives in most tasks and projects assigned.
- Determined methods, work sequence, scheduling, and how to achieve objectives of assignments; operate within specific policy guidelines.
- Provide back up support within department during busy periods, vacations, and unexpected employee absences.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform all other job-related duties as required by management.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Post-Secondary education in accounting, pursuing/interested in a career in Accounting.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
- Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
