**ACCOUNT MANAGER JOB STATEMENT**

**ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT**
- Manage, support and grow existing Key International Accounts
- Communicate, follow-up and address customers’ inquiries daily
- Build relationships with customer buying team and identify opportunities to improve performance through training, product knowledge, retail tool kits and marketing
- Develop and execute sales action plans and selling initiatives to drive category growth
- Complete monthly/quarterly sales analysis by units, by product and make recommendations to internal team
- Pro-actively collaborate with internal team and follow-up customers on forecasts.
- Develop team processes to streamline activities from PO to final shipments and delivery
- Coordinate samples and new product offerings in collaboration with Director of Business Development (BD)
- Lead and execute Merchandizing and Training Support plans for retail customers with internal team
- Support Planning, Projections, and Sales Analytics
- Collect and analyze forecasts (quarterly), actuals in collaboration with BD Director
- Review forecasts to actuals and initiate internal inventory-related team discussions
- Share and execute best practices in promotions, training, upselling, visual merchandising across global customer base
- Prepare weekly tracking notes of ongoing customer communications and projects
- Onboarding & Systems
- Support Account updates & on-boarding activities
- Review customer document requirements
- Maintain customer account profiles, document requirements, contact lists
- Lead customer updates and changes

**PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT**

Support New Product initiatives and collaborate with BD Director to:

- Gather and organize customer product requirements and specifications
- Develop internal specifications prior to submission to supply chain
- Complete competitive analysis of new products
- Collaborate to review Costing and develop pricing/margin recommendations
- Ensure brand continuity and compliance with international directives and policies

**NEW ACCOUNTS**

Identify, engage, and qualify new leads and opportunities
- Research current offerings and liaise with BD Director to develop/submit proposals
- Engage internal teams to develop and execute program launches

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 2-5 years Proven, progressive experience in CPG account management roles
- University Degree in Business, Sales or related discipline
- Plans & execute both long term/big picture actions and short term/day to day initiatives
- Strategic thinker to uncover market insights for potential opportunities or issues
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders in Europe, Asia and South America
- Prioritizes and executes actions with cross functional team
- Has a solid financial acumen. Knows how to pull levers of the P&L to drive profits
- Hands on style to roll up sleeves and help the team with flawless execution
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian languages is a strong asset
- Able to present & simplify key best practices to senior, local & international leadership.
- Curious, creative, detail-oriented personality will thrive in this position
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerBI, Powerpoint, Teams)

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
