Experience: 1 - 2years of experience in bookkeeping is required.
Languages: Knowledge of English - verbal and written communication skills
We're looking for someone with an ability to prioritize and multitask, strong attention to detail, responsible and reliable and a self-starter with a positive attitude

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Create and send invoices to customers
- Data Entry
- Calling customers for payments
- Assist in various daily operations
- Month end daily reconciliation

Work conditions: Tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Account reconciliation: 1 year (preferred)
