**Production Coordinator**

Anfield Sensors Inc. is a leading manufacture specializing in mechanical, piezo resistive, and solid state based sensor products. Our product line includes; pressure, vacuum, temperature, level switches and transducers. We are currently seeking an experienced production coordinator that can seamlessly integrate our production and purchasing activities.

**Scope of Position**:
Review incoming orders on a daily basis and create production work orders to fulfill sales requirements. Assess and manage the availability of components to complete production on schedule. Issue and expedite orders with suppliers to ensure components are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities of Production Coordinator
- Procuring materials and components from suppliers to meet production requirements and ensuring seamless coordination for shipping and receiving processes.
- Generate job sheets and communicate with production according to customer purchase orders and maintain various reports detailing work progress, and materials usage, utilizing both manual and computerized systems.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that materials are available for production as well as maintain the warehouse level to optimal capacity.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor to plan production runs efficiently in terms of availability of components and order delivery time coordination.
- Selection and visual inspection of components for BOM's.
- Provide regular updates on production progress to management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Record purchasing and job details in Syspro software and communicate with the accounting team to match the transactions made with suppliers.

Skills and Experience
- A college certificate/diploma in supply chain management or similar field, or relevant work experience. or
- An accounting background with some manufacturing or purchasing experience. or
- A purchasing background with manufacturing experience.
- Thorough understanding of the office suite of products.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel would be beneficial.
- Experience with SYPRO or other ERP system would be an asset.
- Writen and spoken English.

Compensation

Permanent Full time position.

$43,000-$60,000 per annum. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm

Group benefits after 3 months, 100% paid for by company.
