We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team This person will be accountable for handing the production administrative duties.


Job duties include but not limited to:

  • Make sure all team members have the correct work orders, documents, and instructions for current projects and work orders.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate productionrelated documentation.
  • Work with purchaser to make orders for projects.
  • Give the team work orders as they come in from clients.
  • Coordinate with engineering team to provide work order sheets.
  • Communicate current and future suppliers and vendors.
  • Track expenses and follow production budgets provided by management to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
  • Work closely with project managers and different departments/teams to ensure a flawless production process.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 13 years of related experience
  • Understanding of production management, construction, and/or millwork industry.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and delivery.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong coordination skills with superior attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$25.00-$28.00 per hour
