**Position Summary**:The Product Coordinator’s role is to support the Category Manager with all operational tasks by analyzing and coordinating product related activities to meet and exceed customer needs. This role will assist in new product developments and enhancements, develop product specifications, and provide ad hoc assistance to the Category Manager.

**Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities**

Sets up all new products in the internal ERP system “NETSUITE”.

Acts as the main point of contact with regards to any questions related to how SKUs are set up in the system.

Updates the SKU Forms with the correct information to set them up in the system

Links new SKUs with the relevant warehouses

Confirms and assigns HTS codes for customs purposes

Submits the final SKU Forms to the Costing team for costing purposes

Sets up all new packaging SKUs (e.g., labels, pallets, boxes, etc.), new raw material SKUs (e.g., mother rolls, non-finished goods coming from suppliers); links them with the relevant warehouses

Creates and manages Plant Packaging Specifications for our Manufacturing and our suppliers

Confirms with the Packaging team on the packaging materials (e.g., boxes, pallets, bags) required for proper build

Validates the dimensions of the products (e.g., diameters of the rolls)

Sets up labels for in-house printing in the printer’s system, test-prints labels

Creates the builds for a pallet, a truck, and a container in “MaxLOAD”, validates them with the Packaging team

Collaborates with the Sales team on processing rework requests, including for Closeout sales. Creates rework specs for our Manufacturing and our suppliers, including setting up new SKUs as required, creating new pallet, truck, container builds

Releases the packaging artworks and packaging specifications to our suppliers and our domestic Operations team

Creates pallet, truck, container builds for special POs with mixed SKU loads

Maintains the archive of e-commerce images

Makes requests to the Creative team for e-commerce images

Organizes and maintains the images in the required folders, shares them with the Sales team and E-Commerce team as needed

Supports and/or lead continuous improvement initiatives.

**Education and/or Experience**
- Excellent attention to detail and proofing skills are essential
- Strong prioritization, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills as necessary
- Professional work ethic with the ability to work as a part of a big internal team and with external suppliers is required

**Technical Skills**

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the following software knowledge:

- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
