As an Assistant to the CEO, you will ensure operational excellence in the delivery of clinic services by consistently executing systems, structures, and processes to support superior business performance. Leading by example, you will coach and mentor administrative staff, while facilitating the efficient daily operations of the clinic and ensuring that all processes align with accepted Best Practices in Ontario. You will work closely with the CEO to fulfill administrative tasks

**Responsibilities & Daily Duties**
- Create or use available resources (reports, tracking tools) to identify gaps in operational
execution, while working closely with the designated Manager and administrative staff to
action process improvements
- Successfully establish and execute plans to ensure office efficiency and effective operational and financial controls for optimal cash management
- Ensure all administrative team members, students and volunteers clearly understand their roles and receive the technical skills training required to meet or exceed expectations
- Provide regular feedback to administrative staff, allowing them to learn and grow
while maintaining RMC’s high standards for service delivery
- Support the CEO in engagement initiatives, including team huddles and management of projects
- Track office supplies and place orders as needed
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual trend data with the CEO to leverage strengths, facilitate priority management, identify areas for improvement
- Prepares documents and presentations as required
- Management of physician schedules
- Assist the CEO with other tasks as required
- Manage social media accounts

**Qualifications & Skills**
- A track record of successful experience in administration
- Prior experience in a medical office strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Telus PS Suite EMR an asset
- Prior experience in a supervisor/leadership role
- College or University degree in a related field
- Impeccable customer service and a client first attitude
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and team-building abilities
- Excellent self-management, planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
- A commitment to organizational and operational efficiency with an innate desire to help others
- The ability to use objectivity and follow policy
