Linkwave is looking for a Bilingual Project Manager to join our team.

The Project Manager will align the team’s efforts with the broader organizational objectives and create a positive and productive project environment.

Your leadership and project management skills will help drive our team's success, enabling us to deliver exceptional results and continuously improve our processes.

**In order to fulfill the tasks at hand, you’ll need to be highly experienced with this entire stack**:
**Project Management**
- Coordinating with cross disciplinary team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

**Sales Support**
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.

**Ad-hoc Tasks**
- Meeting with project stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.

**To get to know you better, it would be great if your resume can demonstrate the following experience**:

- A post secondary degree in Engineering or related field of study.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a vital asset.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- 3+ years of managerial experience with the ability to lead project teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with customer interface skills.
- Innovative and open-minded to new techniques and technologies.
- Ability to consistently complete and meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Possession of a valid G class driver’s license in good standing.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for office-related tasks.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
