**In your role, you will**:
- Define, develop and maintain the industrialization strategy aiming for manufacturing excellence and footprint optimization for all Bombardier sites
- Lead the deployment activities of the Industrialization plan, integrate contributions from different functions and sites, manage changes and mitigate risks.
- Generate strategic recommendations to support the organization's objectives.
- Document, simplify and present the recommendations.
- Produce profitability analyzes in order to articulate the objectives of the organization.
- Lead and Influence (leadership) stakeholders, aligning them towards a common objective.
- Prepare and facilitate governance meeting with the stakeholders and leadership team.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams for the validation of proposed plans and strategies.
- Develop and implement processes to execute and optimize the Industrialization strategy.
- Perform ad hoc analyzes as requested by the management.
- You have a good knowledge of the aviation industry (products, programs, market, technologies, strategies, etc.)
- You hold a University degree preferably in Business or an analytical field such as Engineering with minimum five (5) years experiences.
- You have acquired an MBA or other a professional designation (an asset)
- You have a Strong experience managing Strategic projects.
- You have very strong communication, leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- You have the ability to coordinate and lead effective meetings and presentations.
- You have experience in working in an international environment, collaborating with people in remote sites.

- You have skills in English and French, both verbal and written.

- You have a great sense of autonomy, have a customer-oriented approach and are able to meet a deadline.
