Bespoke Contracting is one of Halton's top renovation companies. We are Baeumler Approved and provide residential clients throughout Burlington, Oakville and Hamilton with quality craftsmanship for all of their renovation needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced Design Consultant to join our team

The Design Consultant is responsible for working with prospects and clients to discuss their design and renovation needs, putting together design proposalsand lead the design and material selection process.

Key position responsibilities:

- Present, promote Bespoke’s suite of design and renovation services
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Prepare design plans and schedules
- Site visits to verify design plans
- Expedite the resolution of any customer issues to maximize customer satisfaction
- Offer superior customer service to cultivate relationships with clients, designers and architects to develop future business while utilizing effective selling skills
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain product based on customer needs and desires
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the entire renovation process

**Requirements**:

- Highly organized and detail oriented, with strong follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 3 years of renovation / construction industry experience and an overall knowledge of all phases of the estimating, design and renovation processes
- Willing to work on evenings and weekends as needed
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Experience with Construction / Renovation Project Management Software
- Reliable and Punctual. We set appointments where homeowners expect to meet you at a specific date and time
- Detailed orientated

The position contains a base hourly rate plus commission for any renovation sales that are made.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
