The Clinical Systems and Informatics (CSI) team is a new Trillium Health Partners (THP) Program that successfully implemented Epic as the hospital’s integrated Hospital Information System (HIS) in October 2020. The Program’s mandate is the integration of clinical practice, education, technology, information management, and data to assist in the management of THP’s HIS. The CSI Team applies the principals of clinical informatics to inform, advise and guide the strategy for the HIS design, build, training and implementation. A people, process and technology based approach is used to create a comprehensive, safe, evidenced based system to support THP’s mission of a new kind of healthcare for a healthier community.

The team consists of Application Analysts, Clinical Informaticians/Analysts, Trainers and Business Intelligence Analysts who work in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical staff.

The CSI Department is within the Quality, Risk, Practice and Performance Division and focuses on improving the experience for both the patient and the clinician.

**The Position**:
This position will report to the Training Manager, Clinical Systems and Informatics. The CSI Training Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of training activities and trainers as well as supporting the training team, maintaining the training schedule and managing logistics to ensure all users are trained.

They will be responsible for supporting work streams of medium complexity and supporting the Training Manager on high complexity work streams.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead the coordination and maintenance, in consultation with the Training Manager and in collaboration with CSI team all logistics/activates related to Epic training. Examples include and are not limited to:

- Training schedule (class and trainer scheduling): development, review and revisions
- Learning Management System
- Training materials and communications with stakeholders
- Enrollment process
- Validation of training attendance and successful completion
- Training evaluations and participant surveys
- Onsite support for training set up, attendance, IS issues
- Over sight of Training Co-Op students
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of assigned projects (ie. THRIVE, Upgrades)

**Here’s what you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma or equivalent years of experience
- Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver training content and design course schedules is considered an asset.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Advanced communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
