In the position of a Talent Development Coordinator, we would ask you to do the following:
Support Talent Development in providing employees with meaningful and impactful learning experiences.
Help deliver excellent customer service to our partner teams, employees and external vendors.
Provide administrative support to all Talent Development programs and initiatives.
Manage the end-to-end training logistics for all training events, including: planning, prep and tracking.
Lead the administrative management of our internal Learning Management System (LMS).
Help with the communication, marketing and promotion of TD programs and initiatives company-wide.
Assist in the development and maintenance of training content and materials.
Assist with the facilitation of various training programs.
Actively engage in team meetings and events, professional development, and volunteering opportunities.
You have a minimum of 6 months experience in an Administrative or Coordination role.
You are nimble with the ability to multitask and quickly shift focus between competing priorities.
You have a passion for helping others connect, develop and challenge themselves.
Any Learning & Development/HR Certifications or Designations are an asset.
