Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne motivée et organisée, capable de travailler dans un environnement où le rythme est élevé. Elle devra fournir un soutien administratif aux gestionnaires de projets internationaux et aux partenaires commerciaux. Le poste nécessite un haut niveau de collaboration avec d'autres départements clés, à savoir le marketing, la chaîne d'approvisionnement, la logistique et le service client, tant au sein de l'équipe Amérique du Nord que de l'équipe Européenne. Travailler directement avec le directeur des ventes sur toutes les tâches liées à chaque projet.

Les tâches comprennent, sans s'y limiter, les propositions de projet, la planification et la coordination de projet, les documents de facturation et de clôture. Traiter avec les fournisseurs internationaux, mettre à jour les dossiers logistiques, assurer le suivi des clients potentiels, coordonner les procédures logistiques complètes, saisir les détails des commandes dans les systèmes de l'entreprise.

Planification et coordination de projet:

- Maintenance du système de l'entreprise : Ouvrir des devis pour des projets potentiels, annuler ou clôturer des devis d'offres perdues, compléter des devis pour des demandes de production.
- Apprendre et améliorer les processus établis par clients ou pays en tenant compte de toutes les étapes du projet : création de devis ou de commandes clients, analyse des coûts (examens et approbations), approbation de la proposition de prix, demande d'échantillons, documentation de projet requise, demande d'aménagement de terrain, estimations de fret, production suivi des progrès, paiement et facturation, processus d'installation (certificats et garanties), certification FIFA, FIH, WR (si nécessaire).

Gestion de la communication et support commercial:

- Mettre à jour les références internationales de toutes les régions sur la plateforme marketing de l'entreprise en rassemblant les informations auprès des partenaires commerciaux et des directeurs commerciaux.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (marketing, développement de produits et opérations) pour assurer une livraison transparente de produits ou de services aux clients internationaux.
- Promouvoir une communication et une coordination efficaces pour répondre aux exigences des clients, résoudre les problèmes et améliorer la satisfaction globale des clients.

Suivi et reporting du projet:

- Mise à jour hebdomadaire du fichier CRM International en fonction des prévisions et des retours reçus des ventes.
- Mise à jour hebdomadaire du rapport d'expédition qui comprend les détails de chaque projet, facture et ventes expédiées chaque mois.

Logistique:

- Mettre à jour et maintenir le « fichier Excel de logistique » pour fournir les informations les plus récentes pour les estimations de projets.
- Demandez des devis de fret à l'équipe logistique pour les projets LATAM, Asie et Moyen-Orient.
- Préparer les documents d'expédition pour les commandes des clients.
- Coordonner les rendez-vous de chargement et le calendrier des projets avec les équipes logistiques des usines de production.

Support aux ventes:

- Effectuer le suivi des demandes commerciales reçues du Web ou des contacts, entrer en contact avec des clients potentiels.
- Comprendre leurs besoins. Soutenir/analyser la faisabilité du partenaire potentiel en fonction de la performance du prospect reçu ou du travail exécuté.
- Soutenir la présence et la visibilité de la marque sur des événements clés dans différentes régions du monde
- Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing pour améliorer la visibilité de la marque dans les régions internationales via les canaux de médias sociaux FieldTurf.

Qualifications:
- Licence- Un an d'expérience et/ou de formation connexe ; ou combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience

Highly motivated and organized individual that can work in a high-paced environment. Provide administrative support to International Project Managers and Commercial Partners. The position requires a high level of collaboration with other key departments, i.e. Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service, on both Team North America and Team Europe. Work directly with the Sales Manager on all tasks related to each project and the PAs.

Tasks include but are not limited to Project proposals, Project planning & coordination, payment and close-out documentation. Deal with international suppliers, update logístical files, follow up with potential customers, coordinate full logístical procedures, enter order details in company systems.- Project Planing and Coordination:
