**Responsibilities**:
**Autostar/Systems Admin**
- Maintain and update all retail and pharmacy data and information via POS software Autostar, including granting and removing access to employees
- Generate weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports (as required) from Autostar, utilizing Power BI
- Promotion entries, price maintenance and vendor updates
- Maintain and update documents, reports and announcements via internal SharePoint site

**Store Operations Support**:

- Perform scheduling for both Front Store and Pharmacy staffing
- Assist in creating flyers, promotional material for upcoming sales and features for the stores
- Provide administrative support to the retail and pharmacy operations team, travel to the stores as necessary
- Provide HR administrative support for onboarding (welcome kits, ordering nametags and uniforms), Service Awards (certificate distribution)
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers (as necessary)
- Submission, pick-up and distribution of print materials
- Updates, Rollouts and Events Scheduling including communication.
- Manage all travel bookings for Head Office initiatives.
- Administrative duties to support store openings (ie. Merchandising, system set-up)

**Store Visits and Events**
- Provide on-site support to our Front Store Teams with identified deficiencies.
- Assist with the store’s rate card assessment.
- Attend and help coordinate online trainings and dinner trainings with vendors for Pure staff
- Participate in events, tradeshows and conferences as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, preferably in a retail organization
- 1+ years of proven success in a retail merchandising role considered an asset
- Demonstrable ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customers and other stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately with a variety of stakeholders (peers, management, suppliers, customers, etc.)
- Keen attention to detail for time management and organization skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret operations reports, retail KPIs, etc.
- Must be able to travel frequently within our locations in BC.
- Must have a Class 5 Drivers License and own vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
