**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator to support work in our Cambridge, Ontario office. The Office Administrator is an integral part of our team. The Office Administrator provides support to office staff including invoice processing, customer engagement, facilities management and ongoing coordination with Winmate TTX Canada’s corporate office.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Executive support
- Daily engagement with corporate headquarters teams to facilitate processes and requirements
- Preparing invoices, A/P and A/R, cost center allocation
- Handle budgeting and financial tasks including tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Local property management and facility security
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Manage payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Maintaining office supplies

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years experience in office administration
- Experience managing commercial office building
- Accounts Payables/Receivables experience
- Experience supporting a sales team and or a busy sales office
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Productivity Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Experience with Business Vision software would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and have a strong work ethic
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal. Mandarin/French language skills are an asset.
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to make decisions and work on your own
- Team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
