**Job description**:
Responsibilities include:

- Assist in all activities requested related to Corporate Social Responsibility
- Help respond to inquiries from external stakeholders, including requests for corporate donations or sponsorships
- Assist in the planning and execution of community engagement activities
- Help organize and plan internal/external company events such as BBQ’s and site tours
- Research, calculate costs, and order Orano promotional products and corporate gifts. Track, organize, record and monitor inventory levels
- Assist with data entry and preparation of reports
- General administrative assistance to corporate communications and CSR departments.
- Embrace and support Operational Excellence efforts and OE Culture
- Comply with all Orano health, safety and environmental policies, practices and procedures
- Promote and adhere to Orano Canada’s values: Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Respect and People Development, Cohesion and Team Spirit, and Exemplarity, Integrity, Responsibility

Work Location & Schedule:

- Saskatoon Office
- Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
- May to August 2024

Drug (including marijuana) and alcohol substance testing is a requirement for all Safety Sensitive positions. Applicants who have recently used marijuana recreationally may not pass a substance test as marijuana can remain in the user’s system for as many as 30 days after use.

**Ideal qualifications**:
Skills and Qualifications for the position include:

- Enrolled in an Arts and Science, Commerce, or related post-secondary program and returning to school in the fall of 2024
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and in particular Excel
- Proficient with Windows
- Experience working with Adobe Suite is an asset
- Experience working with Saskatchewan’s Indigenous People and knowledge of First Nation and Metis issues in SK is an asset
- Ability to work independently and participate on multi-disciplinary teams
- Cooperative and collaborative
- Open to learning and takes initiative
- Honest and ethical with the ability to work with confidential information
- Being a Resident of Saskatchewan’s North (RSN) is considered an asset
